We are a small animal practice in Surrey and have been part of the local community for over 50 years. We are passionate about animal care and our skilled team of veterinarians and vet nurses are dedicated to providing the highest quality care for your animals. Because we love animals and strive to provide excellent continuity of care, we are open six days a week and have access to 24-hour emergency care. For your added convenience, there’s free parking for clients at our surgeries.
Lacey has always been an animal lover and, after gaining an HND in equine management and working with horses, she decided to work with small animals. She joined Selsdon & Warlingham as a trainee veterinary nurse in 2004, qualified in 2007, then became head nurse in 2009. Lacey has two children so now works part-time. She loves her job as it is so varied from cleaning to monitoring anaesthetics; she has also recently become a clinical coach. Her favourite thing about nursing is caring for inpatients as it’s such an amazing feeling to see an animal improve and to see happy owners come to collect their beloved pets.
Carlie Francois RVN
Deputy Head Nurse
Carlie did her nurse training with us and after qualifying left for a year to do out of hour’s emergency work. We are delighted that she has now returned to us as our deputy head nurse. Her year out has extended her knowledge considerably and she has come back with new ideas and great enthusiasm in her new role.
Trainee Veterinary Nurse
Rianna started at Selsdon & Warlingham in July 2017 and she is very excitedly looking forward to enrolling at college in September 2018. Veterinary nursing has always been her dream job ever since she can remember, and she has always enjoyed looking after her own animals since a young age. Rianna loves her job with us as there is always something to do and she is kept on her toes - she also enjoys being able to give love and cuddles to pets all the time! In her spare time she enjoys reading and socialising with her friends and family. Rianna has two cats called Missy and Thomas and two rats called Lola and Luna.
